Orders can be placed directly with our sales team by email, whatsapp message or contact over phone.

In stock items are available for immediate delivery and orders usually will be shipped within 1-3 days. Out of stock items and customised orders have a lead time of approximately 7 days.

Freight charges will be calculated per order using the most economical method. Generally speaking orders will be shipped via many logistics services depending on the location. Our sales team can provide an estimation of shipping cost in advance for your convenience.

 All products are packaged individually using Bubble wrap and honeycomb sheets. In case of outstation consignments, we do special packing if required depending on the sizes and quantity. Special packing charges are extra at actuals. 

Orders will be accepted with 50% advance and balance prior to the shipment. We accept Debit Card/Credit Card and bank transfers. If you wish to pay by credit card, we will email you a secure link to pay your invoice.

Yes, we are registered with Indian Government and Karnataka State Government and are obligated to collect GST at the rates prevailing at the time of delivery. If any institution / department has GST exemption by the appropriate authority, a copy of the exemption certificate must be provided to avail GST exemption.

Yes, generally we can provide planters in any colour and texture as mentioned in the website. However, we are open to provide any customized colour as per the choice of the customer with few exemptions.

Yes, drain hole/s are optional for the planters. If customer opt for drain hole/s, we can provide drainage holes at no additional cost. However it is recommended that you use Fiberglass Planters as containers rather than pots. 

This question depends on several variables. If you are using the planters as plant containers then drainage holes are not recommended. In case, you directly plant inside the Planters box, then it is strongly recommended to have drainage holes to drain out the excess water. 

With proper care, fiberglass planters will last for years, indoors and outdoors. Just remember, the first fiberglass Corvette was made in 1953, and many of them are still cruising around!

The resin and fiberglass materials used are resistant to damage from sun exposure and withstand the most extreme weather conditions and climates including harsh winters, frost, and salt exposure.  Further, automotive-grade paints are used on our planters that have additional UV-protectants built in.  Outdoor planters require proper drainage to ensure water will not freeze and expand during winter from freezing temperatures.

Generally no, we use an industrial automotive-grade paints, similar what is used on automobiles and boats, which has been UV tested and specially designed for outdoors and full sun exposure. With proper care and maintenance such as waxing and cleaning, the finish will stay beautiful for years to come.

Yes, since our products are made as per international standard, our planters are being exported to many countries.

Almost all types of indoor and outdoor plants work best with our Planters. Especially ornamental plants look elegant & attractive with our Planters.

Like a car or boat, fiberglass finishes can suffer damage in the form of a scratch.  While this is not a big concern once your plants are planted, it is important to be careful during transport so you don’t scrape or move your planter against a rough surface.

There are several ways to correct a scratch on the surface of your planter. The finish on your planters consists of 4 layers. If the top layer is scratched, use a very fine sand paper to smooth over and remove the scratch. For deeper scratches, one of the easiest and most readily available products that can be used to repair scraps and scratches is to select a matching colored nail polish for your planter to conceal the scratch.

No, with proper planting, our fiberglass planters will not bulge.  

 Yes, we provide three years standard warranty for our planters against any manufacturing defects. Please refer our website for warranty terms. 

Yes, in case of Rectangular, Square, Tower and cylindrical types of Planters, we can provide any size of the planters as per the customer specification.

 Yes, we can manufacture and provide Planters of your design subject to minimum order quantity. 

Yes, these planters may be used for direct planting.
